internet keeps disconnecting!

this happened on my download computer which is running XP SP2 and now its happening on my gaming computer which has Vista Ultimate x86

sometimes the wireless network shows its still connected but the internet just stops working.
sometimes it says "limited connectivity"

just randomly, i havent noticed anything in particular that i do for it to disconnect. the EXACT same things happens on XP and Vista.

both PCs have D-Link XtremeG wireless PCI cards
its a D-link 624+ router supplying DHCP static IPs and WPA encrypted

i dunno what the problem is but its damn annoying.

I had the exact some problem with my old belkin router.... after hours of ringing the techincal support helpline, there was just not solution to the problem, i ended up taking all the belkin hardware back and replacing it with BT hardware, works a treat.

it might just be... it goes on and off.. in the past 16hrs it hasnt done it... the only things it might be is:

utorrent - it runs on both PCs
the wireless adapters - they are excact same on both
the router

i also think its the router.
