Bandwidth Shaper / Bandwidth Limiter

Just curious if anyone knew of a free application bandwidth shaper. Ran into some software called NetLimiter. Any other suggestions. Thanks

Theres a program called "RVS-COM for ADSL"

Dont bother with it unless you have a DSL type connection though. obviously.

NetLimiter is probably the best choice. An alternative is SoftPerfect (http://www.softperfect.com/products/bandwidth/). It has all the basic features and is very user-friendly. Softperfect is fairly easy to find on public/private torrent sites.
