i want to make torrent file but i donnt know how can i make it

if u are using utorrent, use d option create new torrent.
select the source, add announce url and then click create and save.

In Azureus, it is very easy to make torrent. just follow the guide.
after y made it, upload it to tracker, and dl it. open it in your client. then seed.
