lookin for PT account

Just askin why you need 4weeks old if there could be 0buffer. Does it matter how old is your account ? I don't think so.

Account can be one day old and have 100gb buffered ;]

For PT you need 4 weeks to be PU, but for OINK PU you need just 2 weeks.
