What is content of this site? Generally what it is about, any statistics ? Pre-times, speeds etc? It's not being ranked in our ranking so what level would you put it in?

because it's close knit.

most users here think that revolt is a tracker, but it's not.

Because it's rare and hard to get in that's why people want to get there to get to know what the site can offer.
