What are they? I have OOL (Optimum Online) and have about 19-20 days retention with speeds limited to 100kB/s - 400kB/s.

British Telecom.

I use Qwest's news server and I can't find anyone else who does. Access is very limited.
Unlimited speed and 18 days retention.

Cox HSI has 30+ days retention with 4 connections @ 512 Kbps each.

Not the greatest speed but it gets the job done for free. :-)

EDIT: BTW... Cox is outsourced to Highwinds Media Group.

agreed cox isn't too bad. granted figuring out how the fuck your supposed to log in when you first get it is a pain in the ass. but an hour spent on hold isnt the worst thing i guess.
