i'm just wondering, whats the difference between a VPS and a Dedicated Server?

VPS: One Server, split into many parts. Shared

Dedicated: One server, thats dedicated to you.

i think vps has better price per Gb but dedicated is faster. A shared seedbox is $20(leeware) and a dedicated is at least $90ish. I am able to get 3MB on leeware which is ~25mbps. I seeded 1.5Tb in my month with leeware

When it is a VPS server they should usually tell you how many people are sharing. Personally if it is more than 3 people it is not worth it.
