I hope its not just a graphics eyecandy of a movie because it certainly looks pretty on the trailers. A shred of good storyline isnt too much to ask, i hope.

The story seems good so far, also Die Hard 4 seems fantastic.

well no sequel i have seen yet has been incredibly good but now transformers is the only other one i will see in theaters this summer

Yeah, most of the sequels released this year weren't good. I also think the sequel to Fantastic 4 will be crappy but I have high expectations from Die Hard 4 and Transformers.

Well, we'll see. I just read the plot outline in IMDB and I barely understood a word of it. I can barely remember the transformers cartoon that I used to watch when i was a kid.

Yeah, the cartoon was a blast. Hope the movie turns out good and don't have so many loop-holes like previous movies released this year. Pretty much from Ghost Rider to Spidey 3 to Pirates 3, all have been disappointing. Only acceptable movie was Shrek The Third which I just finished watching.

From what I've seen of the trailers, Transformers looks like it's gonna be pretty good. Agree with what someone else said on Fantastic Four--it doesn't look that promising to me. We'll see...

ya, Fantastic four does not look incredibly good but i liked the first one so i will DL. Doom is played by the same actor? or he never takes his mask in this one
