RSS Feeders: what do you use?

Hi all. :) What does everyone here use for their RSS feeder; for both auto downloading in Azureus and for updates from torrent sites? (firefox preferrably)

I know utorrent has one built right into the client. I would assume AZ would have similiar. Ive never used AZ however to know this for a fact.
