As far as i know , you get one invite if you have 100GB upload and ratio above 2.

they give invites out a few times a year if i remember correctly

they give invites out a few times a year if i remember correctly

and all users get invites, U 1, PU 2, EU 3, UP&VIP more...

users get invite when admins wants, sometimes you can get it on irc pt

they give out invites a few times a year, i think usually on site birthday and christmas
