Dunno why they do that but If Israel IP' is banned i really don't think they 'll make an exception just for you anyways ...

I've faced that problem before.
I think it's not because IP banning.
In my case, I found that the invite was cancelled by the invitee. This may be the case you've too.

according to a post made by tequilavip (bitmetv mod) in the bitmetv forums, turkey, brazil, egypt, poland, and israel all have certain (but not all) ip ranges banned
so it is possible your egyptian ip is banned at bitmetv

is there any way to use the tracker, although the ip is banned?

no and you shouldn't try because it can only get your inviter into further trouble without you gaining anything
use tvtorrents instead, it's a decent alternative

yeah, but then you can only browse the site through your server and never with your home ip
seems kind of inconvenient to me but it is a way to circumvent the ip ban i guess
