Actually registration is open most of the time but user limit is reached so if you get to registration form it doesn't guarantee you will be able to sign up.

People really need to distinguish between "needing" something and "wanting" something. I also agree with your point about the demanding tone some people use on this forum as well.

yeah you guys are right that some people here do have some demanding tones of voice, but we english speakers should consider and excuse some of them. some are not totally fluent with english and do not know the right etiquettes such as using "may i" instead of "can i".
