i moved to a new house, got a new isp, and changed my pass and it is still active...
Maybe for country ip change?

Maybe for country ip change?I traded before and changed mail+ip+pass and no problem, but a friend told me that recently he traded one and just change the pass (ip too to another country ip) and banned
