does anyone know what it means ?

On other sites it's users with bad ratio. Guessing it means the same there.

Wouldn't know since I strive to keep good ratio everywhere.

lol i just got and invite and registered , and my user class is peasant my ratio is 0:0

From the FAQ: "For new users, there is an initial 48 hour delay, after this time, you may download like normal."

the users who have been at TT less than 48h are peasants and can't download
