Source for VOBs?

What is the best source for urban (hip-hop, R&B, rap) VOB music videos? A forum, FTP, tracker, etc. And if it's a forum one that doesn't use rapidshare.

I'm already using Music-Vid.com so if anyone knows any place better (if that even exists).
