running a speedtest and screen on Fedora

I need to run a speedtest on my seedbox, It's running fedora 4. Can someone help me please??? :):):)

yum install firefox

Go to www.macromedia.com and download the flash player.

Then, go to www.speedtest.net and run the test

thanks mate. However as I'm with Vectoral I can't install Firefox as Vectoral has problems connecting to mirrors. I had the same issue with yum update and it was tricky to fix. Anyone managed to get firefox on their Vectoral yet???
