There seems to be a DNS problem. OpenDNS doesn't have their IP.

Some ISPs have cached Oink's IPs. You can access the site via the IP directly, but you'll have to log in again. Warning: don't trust that I'm giving you the right IP. This could in theory be a phishing trip - you should check the DNSStuff links.

You could, in theory, add the IP to your system's hosts file if you're desperate for a torrent.

If you want a torrent from oink or just want to keep seeding, just....

- close your torrent program
- add 85.17.40.69 tracker.oink.me.uk to your windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file
- start->run->ipconfig /flushdns
- restart your torrent program

Not my original fix, someone posted it at Oink :)

You're welcome though.

Apparently the whole .me.uk domain block is having DNS troubles, which is why you can't access the site.

Hopefully it should be fixed soon but there really isn't anything Oink can directly do about it.

It's not a change either... the servers have just stopped propagating their info.

.me.uk domain is not having a problem. I googled .me.uk and tried many of the sites that were returned with my query. All that I tried worked. It's not the DNS. If it was, then we could just use an IP and connect just fine.
