Best File Sharing? Without Adware Or Spyware

Does anyone know of any kickass program that doesnt have any addware or spyware that is free and actually gets videos?

i got bearshare lite but i cant download and it keeps telling me to upgrade and thats getting annoying, i upgraded then i couldnt get anything at all so i went back to the previous version
