Does TorrentLeech still open registration?

I'm just wondering if it still opens registration because i've been the site for nearly 3 1/2 months, it doesn't seem for me that it opens registration..

I really need to get into the site...

They actually did open a couple days ago. It was for a short time, but it was open.

5 days per week (5/7), I only have 5 hours to spend in my computer cause I'm still studying.. that's why I can't catch those registrations...
