Yankees v Mets. I love the Yankees so I was like, "Sure thing!" The whole beginning not suspecting a thing...



... UNTIL. Yes, that's right... until the Yankess get a base, and I get happy and she gets mad. It was only then that I realized.... I AM WATCHING THE GAME WITH A METS FAN. A mets fan ffs.

That's just wrong, you're drawn to the place even when you have time off. I make a point of not going near or even thinking about work when I have time off.

When I left I went via the roof/fire escape which i usually use.... and so the back entrance to work is basically across the street. If I go out the front door its a block away to the bar.

It takes me an hour and half to get to work, If it was that close I still wouldn't pop in for a visit, but I would think about setting fire to the place.

I had a job interview at the start of the year, I'd have been working in 5 bars doing maintenance. It was well paid and few hours. If they'd thrown in free drinks, I don't think there is a job on this earth i'd have preferred.

I just worked eleven hours. With Kelly. The boss is getting a giant flatscreen to put up and we get to watch sports. I can picture it now though, fighting over mets/yanks (course my team will win)... maybe it will get us more tips though if we get all covered in booze and wrestle. :unsure:
