I always skip the Sample file, but can you please explain why or how can you hit and run just by doing that?

There is no need to skip any files, because you are allowed to hit´n run as much as you want, as long you keep your total ratio at 1.
swedvdr don´t need any seeding rules as they never have any problems with the number of seeders.

I use SweBits and PowerBits as an alternative to swedvdr...

But the DVDR tracker I like most is NorBits, because they have content that you're not gonna find in other DVDR trackers... For example: I wanted to download the movie "Bedazzled." I tried searching it on other DVDR trackers first and didn't find it. So, I searched lastly on NorBits and they got it. :)

SweDVDR and Norbits are both great for DVD, they have over 2000 DVDR each, which make them nice (and free) videoclubs :)

don't know about swebits, i don't use it but i guess there is less dvd on it

SweDVDR have awesome speed also, thx the swedish people with their high-speed connections
