What is your plan on trading the account msging up the site op and being like umm i dont need my account or a bit can you add this person instead?

Yep. Most are IP restricted and dedicated to 1 IP only.

this is true, if you know the siteop it isnt a big deal to get an ip range added. I think this is a good deal as 100GB can cost around $40+ on good paysites.

I think if it's class c there won't be a problem (for example 111.111.111.*).

You usually just put a wild card at the end of the IP, personally i think trading scene axx is fucking retarded.

You just put a wild card at the end of the ip as someone else already stated. But most people with scene access have servers where ip never changes...

You can get around this by getting a windows server and share the server with a group of buddys. what most do anyways.
