I Think Michel get his 5 millions dollars back in Season 3
becauce in the secnce of the boat in the last episode ... when sara shooted the asain agent kim ... he falls in the left side form the dick in the river
but kim when pulls the money to the river ... he pulled it to the right side
so ... when the police take out his body ... they may not find the money
