Looking for a firefox addons

I'm looking for an addon to translate something from fx. torrentsites like EL-SL. (write it in english so it will always be english)

I'm also looking for an addon as a popup or something that pop ups (notifying me) when I get a PM in torrent site, bullentin forums and such.

Fox lingo can translate.. But I was looking for some script editor...
So I for example in PT could edit Torrenty (http://polishtracker.org/browse.php) to browse.. And it should be that forever.. Not only at one time.
