Any Russian sites?

Im looking for some Russian torrent sites for a friend of mine at work.
We got into talking about downloading and i asked him what he used and he said he used Emule to download movies. Then i asked him how long it usually took him to get down a movie, and he said that takes around 1 week :P


So is there anyone that know any trackers for russian movies and american dubbed movies or subs.

only 1 I know of is http://torrents.ru. Its a forum type tracker, but it works.

http://subtitry.ru/ - this one is for adding the russian subtitles - they have a huge database, lot of useful FAQs on every aspect of video files handling.
