If you are running windows, there is a easy way to fix it, for now,
go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc, there is a file there called hosts, open it in notepad, then add:

85.17.40.71 oink.me.uk
85.17.40.69 tracker.oink.me.uk
85.17.40.70 irc.oink.me.uk

they didn't forget to renew, apparently the entire top level domain is having DNS issues.
