Corp. Edition has a few more features and allows you greater control over the workings of WinXP.

Home edition needs activated. Corporate does not.

Othere than that, there is no difference.

XP Pro/Corp has better support for advanced features such as Multi-processor systems and does not have to be activated.

Pro/Corp allows you to turn off "Simple File Sharing" and, as a result, set permissions on your shared folders. Home leaves your shares wide open for anyone who finds them, giving them full read and write access (as I understand it).
