its easy to check a country from a an ip and when you login on any tracker the first thing they get is your ip so it will be easy making a script which detect big changes in your ip, wont it?

because some guys have seedboxes ,or something like that, in different countries.

once i saw a script on IRC that tells about every one that joins the chann where the ip from.
i dont know if they have such script or not. but for 10000% its possible.

no, they don't have scripts that disable when it is a different country, but when country changes they surely get notices about it, and they know which ip belogs to seedbox providers, and won't disable those accounts, but if u go from BezQ in isreal to Verizon in US, they will know and disable ur account
