it's gonna be kinda weird having a terminator movie without schwarzenegger.

Last I heard of this, it looked like the answer was yes. The only catch is that Arnie may be back as a computer generated model.

....and it may be a whole new trilogy is the current rumor.

i dont' get why people assume the termiantor series is a trilogy. being a trilogei implies that the series ends at the third movie, which isn't neccessarily true.

Well, the studio starts calling it a "trilogy" and the DVD packs are titled "Trilogy", we take the hint.

guess naming (in terms of trilogy, quadrilogy, etc) can be sparse. some even called star wars movies a trilgoy but that didn't stop them from making new movies.

ex. http://shop.starwars.com/kernel/imageload?table=cat_images;ttl2=15;key1=1410_img1;key2=-100_img1

but i do hope that they continue making terminator movies until they milk the franchise dry. those movies were enjoyable at the very least.

Well, Star Wars was a trilogy until Lucas decided to taint them by making three more movies.

I haven't heard too much about another film but there is a series coming out next year that looks worth checking out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Sarah_Connor_Chronicles

Expect it to be cancelled just as it starts getting interesting . . .

Looks promising. The production teams has some rather big names as well.

"T4" To Be the First in New "Terminator" Trilogy
It looks like the war between human and machine will still continue at least for three more installments after "T3":w00t:

Only Rumors are that Arnold Schwarzenegger may do a cameo appearance.
Not that they need him anymore as the machine army where all exoskeletons!
only a few humanoid models where made IE Terminators, some of them being shape-shifting cyborgs.:O
