Is there any program which allows the user to create their own logos and ringtones and send it to their mobile via SMS (not a data cable) for free?

Go to your search window in emule or kazaa and do a search for it. it's a popular file in europe with over 800 sources last I looked. If you want Nokia, type that into emule too.

What you want me to copy and paste the whole page? Just type- nokia and you'll get at least 50 different files if it's over 200 meg then that'd be similar to the one for samsung. I don't own a nokia so no reason for me to download and test.
