Internet Model Vs. Client Server Architecture.

Ok, I'm writing research paper and need MORE facts on which network architecture is best and why...Any help will be greatly appreciated.

As far as I can tell your comparison is invalid.

When you say Internet Model I translate that as a packet switched network. The client-server architecture uses this packet switched network and sits 'on top of it' so to speak.
