the buy it now is £9.99 inc delivery regardless of location as i will be throwing the shoe to its destination, you can expect delivery to be almost immediate (depending on if it hits an airplane or bird etc in mid flight)

...i should point out a slight blemish on the inside heel of the shoe - a previous owner has wrote (in what looks to be pink lipstick) "property of Julia", which now has the name Julia crossed out and replaced with "Paul" - it was written in what looks to be blood.
