What do I need to create a forum like this so that my family and friends can use to post...

I&#39;ve told all my friends about this site. For some reason they arent&#39; interested. I&#39;m hoping they will be interested in mine <_<

Plus It&#39;ll only be for friends and family although i know anybody can post in it. Plus I wanna be the admin of it B)

I know that having a little chat with the family is always nice, but why create a forum for that? Why don&#39;t just use e-mails and forward them or send them to more than one person at a time?

http://www.phpbb.com is better than Invision if u know how to use it right....
