Problem with Fable

When I want to install fable The Lost Chapters, there jumps out this window, and i don't know what to do, to fix this problem. maybe some1 can help me?

What operating system are you using?

You can also try running it with admin privilieges if you aren't.

if u are running an amd cpu that's ur problem. there's some problem with amd's and that game.

Some AMDs, not all, if so.

I know this for a fact, since it's working without a hitch for me, and I've got an AMD.
