Buffer = Upload ammount - download ammount

They give away the username and password and then the reciever can log in to the account and change the email and password and by that take over the account.

But beware, some trackers are more difficult to do this on, so that´s why you often see people offer their account AND their email account, so the staff at the tracker never sees the email is beeing changed, and by that hopefully not seeing the trade.

Not many trackers allow account trading, but some care more and some less.
