Is there a torrents site where I can upload large AVI files of UK Football matches which is:

Open to anyone (free registration is also good)
I can just upload & share
Ratios of those downloading are irrelevant

So I can basically just create a torrent and share it with a forum without having to worry about user ratios, and the user can just snatch it, hit & run etc?

What will happen to users who only leeches, and doesn't seed at all?

Users who have ratio 0.3 or smaller and have downloaded more than 6 GB will get a two-week warning. During this time they'll have to fix their ratio or in other way they will be banned

I think there's http://www.fbtz.com/ known as MaXxed Football Forums. That place is really good for Football. I'm not sure if everyone can upload there, but you can probably talk to the people there and find out what you have to do. Btw, they use public trackers to handle there torrents, they dont have their own tracker. ftbz is closed for registrations, and it costs punters, so is not a solution.

Streaming is ok, but I capture the full games on DVD from TV, convert to DivX and share.

Unlimited BW hosting is becoming too expensive, so there must be a place that is quite happy for uploaders to share their torrents without downloaders having to worry about ratios, free leeching per se on certain (my) torrents.

You can ask admins of Sport-scene or ProSport Torrents, if they want to label football with freeleach. On Sport-Scene they do it for stuff that not BBall, I've seen F1 and NFL marked as free leech for sure ;)

There's non such a big one. Sport-scene have moto and football section but not that much :(
Hope now, when Red_Del joined the party we see more football :)
