I download software and it says-a requred .DLL file, BINKW32.DLL was not found.

umm does it happen with all the software or just the 1?

only on battlefield 1942 i have downloaded at least 2 versions

If i remember correctly, it's a video filter that is used by a lot of games (like ff8 pc, and some others). But, you'll have to figure out what folder to put it in...trial and error...
