Encoding Problems

aight i try to encode with the TMPGenc and extract the audio for the file with another program... it encodes and when i burn it it constantly freezes and lags :( will anyone tell me how to fix this (normally i wouldnt bother but i had to move my PC and i cant watch movies on it cause i cant lay down or anything)

As long as the general settin's r ok..the only things u got to watch for is
keep the same framerates,tri and burn as slow as poss,the better..and tri not to overburn...and the should play perfect .
