Quick question, is sct full right now and if i receive an invite can i sign up.

You need to wait for an open spot to sign up.
Check4change (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3028) addon for firefox should do the trick.

If you won´t be able to register in a couple of days, the invite will be returned to the inviter.
