ok, i can't the screen saver enabled on this pc i'm on @ atm. i've tried this:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
if there is a DWORD value such as "NoDispScrSavPage" with a data value of 1 this will disable your screensaver tab, change the value to 0 and your tab will be enabled.
and this:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]
"ScreenSaveActive"="0"
i've had more problems and can't remember them all atm, but as ppl help out on this i'm sure i'll remember. i've also tried 1-2 more reg changes, but can't remember what i did. help is appreciated. thx!

Before messing with the registry, did you at least go to display settings>screen saver and see if it was enabled?
