Smoothie ideas?

also, trying to get new smoothie ideas.

I usually go for:

natural yoghurt, banana, apple, orange, honey, porridge oats.

Any ideas?

nope. no drugs, other than my mental medicine, in my system for over 2 months.

Had just woke up, made a bacon and egg sandwich and a smoothie, and thought i'd like to try other sandwiches and smoothies.

Fruit punch recipe:

pineapple
papaya
banana
lychee
mango juice
fruit punch juice (in can or bottle w/e)


Blend all together and enjoy.
