if i change IP + Password my account will be disabled?
Shouldn't.
I had an account where I was not the original member. The account was disabled a few months later, but only b/c I was sharing it with another member.

I think the most critical in every trade is the IP + Pass + Email change in combination.
Only IP + pass should work for most trackers.

Country IP change + password change = disabled account.
You should wait at least 3 days to change its password to make sure the account doesn't get disabled.

Not necessarily. I happen to know that Exigo does not have a script that checks that info.
Chances of someone spotting it are slim.
