How Can I Decompress This File?

I've downloaded part one of Tears of the Sun but I can't play it. It's in MP43 format and has been compressed with Angel Potion codec. I've downloaded loads of codecs to play it but none work.
I've tried TMPGEnc and numerous other programs as well.
Help!

Have you got bs player i think that has all the codecs you need there.I havent had any probs watching films since i got that ..admittedly not tears of the sun :blink:

Yeah, i have bs player, it doesn't play on it either.

I installed the Angelpotion codec, it still doesn't play.
Does it matter where I install it?
