are you using utorrent 1.7?? coz thats banned... also check your ports... which port are you using and is it in the banned list...

Try to go in the BitMe site and download the same torrent.

Chances are you are using latest version of utorrent 1.7 which is banned.. It also means you are probably now banned for not reading the announcment saying the client is banned. Can you still access the site?
