What percentage of torrent site members do you think are cheaters that aren't being caught?

Oink, ScT,FTN for example I would say 1-5%. TL,Demonoid,BS,TD, will be higher that is why I chose 16-20% :)

i think about 11 - 15 % but that's only my opinion.. but all things considered in all trackers staff..
