bithumen invite question

when do i get invites in bithumen ?? when do i reach a pu status in that tracker ??:huh:

You should have 10 Gb upload and 1.05 ratio to be Power User, but there is a 4 months long period after registration, only after that will you be able to send invites. You receive invites after every 20 Gb upload, but you can send out them only: 1 invite/120days if you are User, 1 invite/90days if you are Power User.

But the BH staff often change the invite section.
It was closed for almost everyone.(It was open just for biggest uploader.)
When the invite section opened(half month ago), the waiting periond was only 1 month and now it is 3 month beetwen two invites .
