Want To Watch Tv On My Pc

I’ve gotten a new graphic card with a TV in and out port there was no software with the card so I was just wondering what kind of software is the best if you want to see television on the PC.

i use InterVideo WinDVR it can go full screen, and also play mpeg 2 etc.
