hi, im fairly new to downloading movies, but since i'll be getting a super fast connection soon i want to know these things in advance.
1. how do i burn a avi or mpg/mpeg file onto a cd and get it to play on a dvd player (bearing in mind i dont have a dvd writer)
2. what program is used and where can i get it from (if any)
3. i am in the UK so if PAL makes any difference to DVD burning then i wont be able to use a program that burns on NTSC
