because i have some ristrictions on my network ATM
i cant upload much anyway..i have a limited time 2 download and upload..its okay if it takes me days..but on my old account i remember gettin a warning asking me have .7 ratio in a week!..so i would like a buffer..so that i could take my time easily 2 upload.
