steam css issue

when playing css, everything locks up for a few seconds, and my cpu goes up to 100% instead of 50-60% use playing css normally

i look @ task manager, and steam.exe is taking up 50% of my cpu... wtf?!?!?!

lol, harsh mate, reinstall steam mate and then recheck the game to see if any damage there.... prob just steam though

just checked everything. nothing's wrong

i just reinstalled steam/css a few weeks ago

i went into taskmanager and set steam to Low priority and set it to run on only 1 of my 2 cores. so it should help a bit...

but it's not permanent. so i'd have to change these settings every time.. wtffff

My CSS runs on 2 cores fine. Did the prob occur after a steam update???
